We may obtain what information the Third-Party Information Provider allows us to receive, as determined by the terms that govern Your relationship with the Third-Party Information Provider.

Certain parts of the Service also allow You to upload or post User Content. Some data is collected Automatically when using the Service.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Business Transactions  

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

 

Shipping & Logistics

In the event an order needs to be returned, we may share certain information with shipping and logistics partners that may need to access Your Personal Data such as First Name and Last Name, and Shipping Address to process the return order.

 

Advertisers and Merchant Partners

We allow advertisers and/or merchant partners to choose the demographic information of users who will see their advertisements and/or promotional offers and You agree that We may provide any of the information we have collected from you in non-personally identifiable form to an advertiser, in order for that advertiser to select the appropriate audience for those advertisements and/or offers. For example, We might use the fact You are located in Boston to show You ads or offers for Boston businesses, but we will not tell these businesses who You are.  Or, We might allow Advertisers to display their ads to users with similar usage patterns to Yours, but We will not disclose usage information to Advertisers except in aggregate form, and not in a manner that would identify You personally.  Note that if an advertiser asks Us to show an ad to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that ad, the advertiser may conclude that You fit the description of the audience they were trying to reach.

DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You may delete Your Account, along with your email and name from our records by sending Us an email to privacy@onparshop.com with your request.

Through Your Account Settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the following information you’ve provided to us:            

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Password
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Phone Number
  • Other Specific Data
  • User Profile Information, including images and videos You have uploaded to the site

Finally, if You request, We will remove Your name and all other Personal Data that you have provided from the Services.  Please understand, however, that it may be impossible to delete this information completely, due to backups and records of deletions. In addition, please understand that, if You request removal of Your information, you will be unable to utilize associated features of the Services.  You may not request the removal of de-identified, anonymous, or aggregate data from our databases.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use, access, or register the Services in any way without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. If We learn that We have collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 13, We will delete that information as quickly as possible.
