DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Business Transactions  

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

 

Shipping & Logistics

In the event an order needs to be returned, we may share certain information with shipping and logistics partners that may need to access Your Personal Data such as First Name and Last Name, and Shipping Address to process the return order.

 

Advertisers and Merchant Partners

We allow advertisers and/or merchant partners to choose the demographic information of users who will see their advertisements and/or promotional offers and You agree that We may provide any of the information we have collected from you in non-personally identifiable form to an advertiser, in order for that advertiser to select the appropriate audience for those advertisements and/or offers. DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You may delete Your Account, along with your email and name from our records by sending Us an email to privacy@onparshop.com with your request.

Through Your Account Settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the following information you’ve provided to us:

  • Password
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Phone Number
  • Other Specific Data
  • User Profile Information, including images and videos You have uploaded to the site

The information You can view, update, and delete may change as the Services change.  If you have any questions about viewing or updating information we have on file about you, please contact us at privacy@onparshop.com

Finally, if You request, We will remove Your name and all other Personal Data that you have provided from the Services.  Please understand, however, that it may be impossible to delete this information completely, due to backups and records of deletions. In addition, please understand that, if You request removal of Your information, you will be unable to utilize associated features of the Services.  You may not request the removal of de-identified, anonymous, or aggregate data from our databases.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use, access, or register the Services in any way without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
